Olá! Sou a Jessica Gabrielzyk.

Sou escritora e mãe vivendo na Suíça. Minha missão é iluminar as nuances invisíveis da vida em migração—sobretudo na parentalidade.

Sou autora do livro Maternidade no Exterior, um guia essencial para mães imigrantes em um dos momentos mais vulneráveis da vida: a chegada de um filho fora do país de origem. O livro foca nesse começo intenso e transformador, abordando pré-natal, parto e pós-parto com um olhar culturalmente consciente e realista.

Desde seu lançamento, a obra já chegou a leitores em mais de 13 países e 5 continentes, incluindo Brasil, Estados Unidos, Alemanha, Índia, Portugal, Irlanda, Austrália, Nova Zelândia — e muitos outros.

A maternidade longe de casa é um terreno invisível. Muitas vezes, você não sabe a quem perguntar, o que é “normal” e o que é apenas culturalmente diferente. Escrevo para trazer luz a esses silêncios. Para que outras mães entendam que não estão sozinhas — e que há força, beleza e pertencimento na travessia.

Sou apaixonada por cultura, identidade e diversidade — e por tudo aquilo que ninguém te conta sobre a vida fora.

Vivo na Suíça, sou membro oficial da SIETAR (Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research) e da Academia Internacional de Literatura Brasileira.

Atualmente, trabalho no meu próximo livro: Parenting Unpacked: This Is Not a Relocation Manual, onde mergulho ainda mais fundo nas camadas invisíveis de criar filhos entre culturas — como raça, fé, pertencimento e identidade emocional.

Meu objetivo? Abrir conversas difíceis, honrar realidades diversas e mostrar que migrar não apaga quem somos — transforma.
